Endings and Beginnings

This post has been written and re-written in my head several times.  Beginnings are fun, exciting, challenging and endings are typically a bit sad.  But for every beginning there has to be an ending.  When we moved to Rockport 5 years ago, I was really seeking God about what His plan for me was.  I had been taking pictures, however really just of my family and a couple of close friends.  As I began to really seek God, He opened doors and I knew starting a photography business  was something I was supposed to do. I started in April of 2011 and it has been fun, exciting, and challenging.  This journey has been very fulfilling and rewarding.  I love creating, I love capturing special moments of families, pregnant mommas, graduating seniors, and kiddos.  I met some incredible people and seen some incredible places around our little beach town.

With all of that being said, an ending has come.  Not for my business, rather my location.  Our family will be moving to San Antonio in just a few short weeks.  We know God has called us.  So we have a beginning to look forward to.

In considering our move and my business I have prayed about what my next step should look like.  We are very much in the middle of packing and just all of the things that go along with relocating, so I am not exactly sure what my next step will be.  There are just some business related things I need to figure out and then exactly where I want Tiffany Harris Photography head in the future.  I am excited about some ideas that I have and look forward to sharing those.

I know it’s very obvious things have been quiet around here and will probably remain that way for a bit longer.   I look forward to sharing more as I know more.  It has been a blessing serving the community of Rockport and the surrounding area for these last four years.  I am both sad for the ending and excited for the new beginning God has.

Blessings,

Miss Brooklin~Your Beautiful Self {Teen Photography~Rockport, Texas area}

I want my girls to fully accept themselves as God created them.  We live in a society that defines beauty almost entirely by a certain appearance expectation.  I truly believe beauty radiates from within and each person possess a personal beauty.  The true meaning of beauty:YOU!!! I had fun working with my own girls and today I am featuring Brooklin.

Miss S is an amazing young lady and I was so excited to be able to work with her.  I am thankful  that my daughter has her as a friend.  She loves God and loves to sing. Her session was so much fun.

Your Beautiful Self Sessions {Teen Photography~Rockport, Texas area}

Your Beautiful Self

A few months ago I had the blessing of working with several amazing young ladies.  My goal was  to have fun and capture each young lady’s natural beauty. Mission accomplished! In today’s society, I feel it is more important than ever for our girls to know that beauty should not be defined by movie stars and magazine covers. Beauty radiates from within and shines out. Each and every girl possess a beauty all her own. I enjoyed getting to know each of these girls a little bit better and capturing not just their images, but there own beautiful selves.  I know each of these girls is getting ready for an exciting and unique journey.  Each one is going to make a difference in whatever area she chooses.
I am excited to introduce the sessions I captured in my next few blogposts and I am also excited to open these sessions up for booking. If you would like to book a ~Your Beautiful Self session~ I would love to hear from you. My target group is tween girls through young adult ladies. You may contact me at tharrisphoto@gmail.com or by calling me at 361-444-3404.
