What fun taking family pictures for Christmas.  Once again I find myself saying, “I can’t believe it’s that time of year again!”  There are only about eight and half weeks left, so now is the time to think about booking your family picture.  The weather is beautiful right now and it will be one less thing to try and squeeze in as your calander fills up.  I am offering another day of mini sessions on Saturday, November 19th.  Times are available at 3:00; 3:45; 4:30; 5:15 and 6 p.m. Location to be announced. Cost is $75 for a thirty minute session and includes 25 Christmas cards.  Additional cards and also prints are available for purchase seperately.  My  goal is to get 6-8 great images for you to choose the photo for your card.  Also, please note this is for IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY (mom and/or dad with kids or kids only).  Payment is due in full in order to reserve your time slot.  Please e-mail me at tharrisphoto@gmail.com to book your appointment today.  I am also available for  regular sessions, please contact me for available dates.

I have enjoyed going to weddings since I was a little girl.  They are beautiful and sweet and romantic.  I was blessed with the opportunity to photograph Mr & Mrs G’s special day.  And who but my own sweetheart got to officiate!  This is a wonderful family that tied the knot in the most beautiful and quant chapels (and oldest in South Texas)- Chapel on the Dunes.  The reception was fun and actually the first one held at Estelle Stair Gallery in downtown Rockport.  The evening was wonderful, the couple and their family- beautiful and the memories abundant.

We knew this was something special the minute we walked in the door.  My girls and I fell head over heals as we explored every nook and cranny of the tiny little store. Return visits were never disappointing and yielded something new each time. Antiques, knick-knacks and beautiful hand painted chairs, beds, tables, and desks.  Recently I had the privilege of photographing a few treasures from Yard sale Inc.. The store is full of a variety of amazing finds and it was difficult to select only a few.   The owner, Michelle, takes great pride in creating these one-of-a-kind masterpieces. She transforms the ordinary into something absolutely beautiful. If you would like to see for yourself it is  Yard Sale Inc., located off of Hwy 35 and 3036 (next to Jimmy Woods Produce).

Here is the fine print:  The free session must take place in the Rockport Area (I will travel to Ingleside, Aransas Pass, or Port A for NO additional charge).  It is good for a 1-2 hour photo session with immediate family ONLY and does not apply to any other offer or senior sessions.  The session must take place no later than Saturday, November 5th, 2011.  The winner will receive a free session and 25 Christmas cards. Additional cards, prints and products may be purchased separately.

I know we just started school, but think of the joy in having your Christmas card photo taken care of in a timely fashion this year??  I will be offering mini sessions on two different dates this year.  Mini sessions will  last 30 minutes and the goal will be to get  6-8 images for you to choose from for your Christmas cards.  A set of 25 Christmas cards is included with the session.  Additional cards and also prints may be purchased that you may want or even for gifts.

Here’s the scoop:

1.) Pick a date

Dates: Saturday, October 15th  OR Saturday, November 12th

2.) Pick a time

Times available:

Saturday, October 15th – 3pm, 3:45pm, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, and 6:00pm

Saturday, November 19th- 3pm, 3:45pm, 4:30pm, 5:15 and 6:00pm

Place: To be determined-somewhere outside in Rockport

3.) Review the following information then look for #4

Price: $75 – I need to receive your payment within 5 days of booking to hold your spot.

Details:  Send me an email at tharrisphoto@gmail.com  and let me know which date/time slot you would like.  I will confirm with you to  let you know if that time slot is still availabe and if it is, I will let you know where to mail your payment.  I will need to receive your payment within 5 days of booking to consider it booked.  Otherwise, I will need to open the spot back up for others that may be interested.
